Federal Legislation to Legalize Marijuana Introduced
Would regulate pot like alcohol or tobacco
Reps. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) and Jared Polis (D-Colo.) have officially introduced the Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act and the Marijuana Tax Equity Act.
