Indiana Couple Faces Jail for Rescuing Baby Deer
Authorities want to euthanize it
The Connersville couple who find themselves in trouble with the law for rescuing a baby deer now find themselves in the midst of a multimedia whirlwind.
A Facebook page set up on their behalf four days ago now has more than 9,000 "likes" from people around the world and is growing by the minute. An online petition on their behalf has more than 6,000 signatures.
And this morning, Jeff and Jennifer Counceller, found themselves on ABC's Good Morning America in a piece introduced by host George Stephanopoulos as a story "guaranteed to make you mad."
