An Iowa lawmakers is moving forward with his pledge to push medical marijuana legislation this year.
Iowa Rep. Bruce Hunter, D-Des Moines, introduced a bill at the statehouse Wednesday that would allow those with certain medical conditions to possess, use, and grow marijuana. Such a move is backed by a majority of Iowans, according to survey data circulated by the Marijuana Policy Project.
