A Macon, Georgia, police officer shot and killed Sammie "Junebug" Davis Jr. during a struggle in a Kroger parking lot. Police at first said the officer was trying to serve a warrant on Davis, but they later admitted there was no warrant. They then claimed the officer was answering a call. But they've refused to answer questions about the conflicting stories they've offered or about exactly what happened in the parking lot.

It is good to see that his being disciplined by the department straightened him out. I see several felonies in there.
