Fox News to be Subpoenaed in Aurora Shooting Trial

James Holmes' attorneys want to find a source

CENTENNIAL, Colo., Dec. 11 (UPI) — Lawyers for the man accused of killing 12 people in an Aurora, Colo., movie theater said they would subpoena Fox News to find out its source for a story.

James Holmes' attorneys, while admitting it's a formidable request, allege information leaked to Fox news concerning the contents of a notebook Holmes mailed to his psychiatrist violated a judge's gag order, The Denver Post reported Tuesday.
