Rahm Emanuel Has a Plan to Attract Entrepreneurs to Chicago

Over the weekend, Chicago installed its first two-way bike route with dedicated traffic signals, in an effort to attract high-tech companies and startups to the city.

"It's part of my effort to recruit entrepreneurs and start-up businesses because a lot of those employees like to bike to work," Mayor Rahm Emanuel said, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

OH, MY GOD! He really thinks that? Seriously? Yeah, never mind the monumental level of bureaucratic intimidation and corruption. Ignore the back breaking taxes. We've got bike lanes and special traffic signals. Why I'll dump a couple of billion into a startup so my employees can bike to work through a Chicago winter!! SERIOUSLY??
