Top Mitt Romney strategist Stuart Stevens on Thursday suggested President Barack Obama's successful reelection effort was getting too much credit for its get-out-the-vote operation.
"I'm a bit baffled that people look at the Obama campaign and say they won because of their ground game," Stevens said on CBS's "This Morning."
