Allen West Still Behind Patrick Murphy in Partial Recount

The Tea Party darling is ready to pursue whatever legal action may be available

After a recount of ballots cast during three days of early voting in Florida's St. Lucie County, Democrat Patrick Murphy still leads Rep. Allen West (R) by a margin of more than .5 percent, more than enough to avoid an automatic recount of all votes.
