BOSTON, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- A judge has told Massachusetts it must find an expert to say whether a convicted transgender killer has a medical need for electrolysis to remove hair.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Mark L. Wolf has scheduled a hearing Nov. 19, the Boston Herald reported. The judge said an expert must be identified by the end of next week.
