He thought this story would stay in Vegas. [head shake]

Just a perk of the job. Get it? Perk. Perky breasts? Never mind.

    1. SugarFree   13 years ago

Nipple prints. He was taking nipple prints in case they ever used their breasts in the commission of a crime. An erotic crime.

Also, if Norman successfully completes the sentencing obligations, the open and gross lewdness charge would be dismissed and replaced with another count of oppression under the color of office, and his sex offender registration would be expunged.

Yeah, high schoolers who go on to marry their teenage sweethearts get on the list because of a couple year's difference and stay on the list, but a guy with a gun and authority to use it sexually assaults two women and he has an easy path off the registry. No double standard.

    1. Whiterun Guard   13 years ago

It's not his fault they didn't provide training not to sexually assualt women.

    2. Doctor Whom   13 years ago

The sex-offender registry is for the little people. Those who enforce the law are above the law.

    He was just following procedures.

Besides, the rules don't explicitly prohibit this.

  6. mnarayan   13 years ago

Was he trained not to fondle people's breasts?

the open and gross lewdness charge would be dismissed and replaced with another count of oppression under the color of office

We're fucked. ONE charge of oppression under color of office should be worth twenty years in prison. Apparently, it's considered a harmless prank.

    1. sarcasmic   13 years ago

      Discipline theater.

  8. Ted S.   13 years ago

I'm surprised nobody's asked whether the dashcam video of this still exists.

    1. Cdr Lytton   13 years ago

Because everyone already knows the answer?

On a completely unrelated note, there's going to be a great video for the department's Christmas party.
