He thought this story would stay in Vegas. [head shake]
Just a perk of the job. Get it? Perk. Perky breasts? Never mind.
Nipple prints. He was taking nipple prints in case they ever used their breasts in the commission of a crime. An erotic crime.
"Like thumbs."
"Assault with intent to arouse"
"Grand Theft: Hotto"
Someone ought to teach him a lesson.
Yeah, high schoolers who go on to marry their teenage sweethearts get on the list because of a couple year's difference and stay on the list, but a guy with a gun and authority to use it sexually assaults two women and he has an easy path off the registry. No double standard.
It's not his fault they didn't provide training not to sexually assualt women.

Just testing out the new Mammary Breathalyzer.

Proc 4f.70: If woman refuses to shake out bra after third request, say "My, aren't we bashful."
Shake in the bra?
Was he trained not to fondle people's breasts?
the open and gross lewdness charge would be dismissed and replaced with another count of oppression under the color of office

Discipline theater.
I'm surprised nobody's asked whether the dashcam video of this still exists.
Because everyone already knows the answer?
On a completely unrelated note, there's going to be a great video for the department's Christmas party.
I'm sure he'll be back in uniform and "protecting and serving" in no time.
Seriously.
AND NOTHING ELSE HAPPENED
Privatize law enforcement.
