Blind Man Tasered by U.K. Police
They say they thought his cane was a samurai sword
Blind 61-year-old Colin Farmer was tasered by police when they mistook his white cane for a samurai sword.
Former company director Colin Farmer, 61, was hit in the back by 50,000 volt stun device and then handcuffed whilst on his way to meet friends for a drink in his local pub.
