Kelly Thomas to Be Cleared of Wrongdoing
Father says Fullerton will make announcement Tuesday
Fullerton city officials are expected on Tuesday to clear Kelly Thomas of wrongdoing, his father said.
Thomas is the homeless man who died after being beaten by police in July 5, 2011.
Kelly Thomas' father, Ron, said he has been trying to clear his son's name for 14 months. He said police wrongfully accused his son of committing crimes and suggested he was resisting arrest before the videotaped beating at a Fullerton bus station.

It's taken 14 months? Christ, is that town run by a viper pen of dictators?
that town is in Riverside County, probably a close second to Sheriff Apaio's county in the running for "Most fascist county in America". Riverside county sheriff's department are one of the largest accumulation of murderous thugs in uniform in the country. their specialty is shooting Indians on their ancestral land.
