N.C. Prison Guard Busted Trying to Smuggle in Pot
Hid it in his pants.
A prison guard at North Carolina's Bertie Correctional Institution was caught this week trying to smuggle marijuana into the facility inside his pants, according to local NBC News affiliate WITN.
Larry Baker was arrested and charged with possession and intent to distribute a controlled substance after police found four ounces of marijuana in his pants. They also claimed he'd stashed an additional five ounces in a nearby bathroom.
