 Annie Kwak, 5-foot-2 and less than 100 lbs., claims Glendale police Officers Suzanne O'Brien and Emmanuel Flores assaulted her and pressed false charges, of which she was cleared, because her 5-lb. dog barked at Flores, in Federal Court.
