Damon Root on How Judicial Restraint Shaped John Roberts' ObamaCare Ruling
Critics of Chief Justice John Roberts' majority opinion upholding the constitutionality of ObamaCare's individual mandate may be tempted to denounce the ruling as an example of judicial activism.
