  1. WTF   13 years ago

    Edwards is a ball player?

    1. Name Nomad   13 years ago

That’s rather pedantic. He got in trouble for funding someone else to play wit his balls, so the distinction is pretty fine.

      1. WTF   13 years ago

So, he was more like the umpire, stepping up to the plate and shouting “Play balls!”.

    2. Bee Tagger   13 years ago

He’s a baller, I think. At least that’s what the kids these days are saying.

  2. Fist of Etiquette   13 years ago

Edwards is a ball player? Thank God I never saw his sex tape then.

  3. Pi Guy   13 years ago

The better question: exactly what is the government good at doing?

    1. SugarFree   13 years ago

Murdering people and stealing from them.

      1. General Butt Naked   13 years ago

To be fair, when you find something you’re good at you should pursue it with vigor and enthusiasm.

Some people are just really talented at shooting dogs and meddling.

  4. Almanian's Evil Twin   13 years ago

    1) Why is Elena Kagan holding a baseball bat and scales?
    2) “Walking Guns”? Needs moar labels.
    3) Derp

    That is all.

    1. db   13 years ago

1: because policing major leage baseball is a core principle of the foundations of our justice system, nay, our very nation itself. Duh.

  5. Longtorso   13 years ago

Why is Lady Liberty on the toilet?

    1. PS   13 years ago

Because that’s where Obama placed the Constitution.

      1. Rubber Nipple Salesman   13 years ago

He didn’t put it there by himself, but he sure has his hand on the flush handle.

        1. Bucky   13 years ago

was that a subconscious switch putting the scales in the Left hand?
or do you know the Supreme Court ruling on the health care act?

    2. Rich   13 years ago

Actually, she *does* look like those TP roll cover dolls my grandmother used to crochet.

    3. Mensan   13 years ago

It’s not Lady Liberty; it’s Lady Justice (Justitia).

  6. Tim   13 years ago

“What the DOJ is good at”

“What is Chip Bok good at?”

    1. General Butt Naked   13 years ago

      Glass houses, Chip.

      Glass houses.

  7. Bee Tagger   13 years ago

Bok’s anti-Edwards bias shines through once again. I’m surprised Teddy Savalas doesn’t need two arms to carry all of that paperwork.

    1. db   13 years ago

Lay off Teddy. You know he’s had inferiority issues ever since his older brother became famous.

      1. Bee Tagger   13 years ago

I thought the project he has with Freddy Savath was pretty good at times:

        http://warp.net/records/releas…..nd-savalas

    2. General Butt Naked   13 years ago

That’s that guy’s name. I was sittin’ here trying to remember who played Kojak so as to make a comment regarding the bald prosecutor, but couldn’t.

There’s google, I know, but that would take an iota of effort that I’m not willing to part with.

      1. Lord Humungus   13 years ago

believe it or not, I was watching Kojak (on DVD) last night. And yes, it’s Telly Savalas.

        1. Tim   13 years ago

I preferred his role as the psycho in Dirty Dozen.

        2. Bee Tagger   13 years ago

Let’s pretend my comment was a typo rather than me trying to make a reference to something I’ve never actually seen.

          1. General Butt Naked   13 years ago

Just pretend that you were speaking of George Savalas. He’s Telly’s brother and was on Kojak as well.

            Fer realz.

            1. General Butt Naked   13 years ago

Okay, after looking up Telly Savalas it is true that he indeed has a brother named Teddy. Fuck.

See the family pic here, about half way down the page.

What useful information did my brain delete so that I could know all this stoopid shit about the Savalas clan.

  8. Troy muy grande boner   13 years ago

Why does lady liberty have Opra’s body and Mick Jager’s lips?

    1. SugarFree   13 years ago

Because that’s where liberty comes from, the intersection of over-weight talk show host and has-been British rock stars.

    2. Longtorso   13 years ago

You attached a real email addr to the name “Troy muy grande boner”!?!?

      1. SugarFree   13 years ago

The man is proud of his turgid member. Leave him alone.

    3. Tim   13 years ago

Are those ears? Hair? At first I thought they eyes.

    4. Mensan   13 years ago

It’s not Lady Liberty; it’s Lady Justice (Justitia).

  9. TankoFon   13 years ago

Dude is like totally rocking it man, Wow.

    http://www.Anon-Methods.tk

  10. Rubber Nipple Salesman   13 years ago

I see Lady Justice has traded her sword for a bat…Pretty representative of how Congress wields it’s power.

  11. Broseph of Invention   13 years ago

    1) Confusing because “Walking Gun” was a self-issued nickname by both John Edwards and Jose Canseco.

    2) Why are the titles on the backs of the prosecution files? Are you implying this administration communicates in Arabic? I thought you were better than that.

    3) Why are the father and brother from Everybody Loves Raymond leading the prosecution?

    4) Why is lady liberty’s face that of a frog? Is this a French reference? Are you hinting at an Armstrong prosecution in lieu of purging America’s Favorite Pastime?

    1. db   13 years ago

Wait, is France prosecuting Armstrong? Someone needs to sit down with sloopy and let him know this vendetta of his has gone too far.

    2. Nick M   13 years ago

Why are the father and brother from Everybody Loves Raymond leading the prosecution?

I could have sworn one of them was this guy: http://www.toptenz.net/wp-cont…..00×261.jpg

    3. Bobarian   13 years ago

      Mensan,

‘Why is lady liberty’s face that of a frog?’

Here’s your chance to confirm our prognosis of OCD and tell us again that: “It’s not Lady Liberty; it’s Lady Justice (Justitia).”

      1. Mensan   13 years ago

        Not OCD; Asperger’s.

  12. Shmurphy   13 years ago

Bok doesn’t get paid for these, does he..?

    1. Jesus H. Christ   13 years ago

I feel like I’ve been paying for these every Friday, and I’m going to have to pass it on to someone. Bok seems like the most deserving recipient. My scathing vitriol will tear the electrons from every viewing device on which they appear!

  13. Sam Grove   13 years ago

So how goes the government’s war on justice?

  14. sweeterjan   13 years ago

Among other unfortunate things, http://www.lunettesporto.com/l…..-3_23.html Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter must be the crummiest-looking big-budget movie of the year to date. The picture has the flat lighting of a TV soap opera, and its effects?brazenly fa
