Judging by the sloppy tie I'd say Matt did Varney & Co and Stossel appearances back to back. Either that or he just can't make that tie work.

One thing I'm certain a president Paul (let me dream for a minute here!) would do would be to return the State of the Union to its original purpose which was a report on the state of the Union and not a campaign speech. It could possibly embarrass later presidents into doing just that as well.
