Ron Paul Campaign: "We're Not Dropping a Lot of Money in Florida. It's All Grassroots."
Jacksonville, Fla.—Ron Paul's national press secretary, Gary Howard, spoke to Reason after Thursday's GOP debate about the Ron Paul campaign's plans for Florida and beyond, including Paul's decision to fly to Maine immediately after the debate in order to resume campaigning in the Pine Tree State.

C'mon Maine... shock the world, and give Ron Paul his first win.
Preceints in Maine can actually start counting votes as early as next weekend, so Paul is being wise to campaign there while Mitt and Newt battle it out in Florida.
But I think Nevada, Minnesota, Virginia, and Missouri will be states Paul does the best in.
Virginia? Yeah, I'd like to see my state get this one right. And for us not to be alone.
It'll just be Paul and Romney on the ballot, and it's proportional, so even if Paul doesn't out poll Romney he can still pick up a bunch of delegates.
Idaho, South Dakota. If there's any state that's close to a slam dunk for him it's Idaho.
Idaho has lots of Mormons.
Iowa already did that. In June. Maybe.
I think I need a peek into Dr. Streetmentioner's book to get the tenses for this comment right.
When will we know Maine's final results? In June, like dumbfuck Iowa?
His press secretary is black? BUT TEH SERCET RACIZT!!!1111
Black Republicans don't count.
Paul should have had Gary Howard do the newsletters. It would have avoided the controversy, or at least created a different controversy.

Ron Paul will OWN Rural Nevada & do well in Northern NV. If Newt can shave some Romney delegates, RP has a shot at Nevada.
I'm glad Gary gave the answer he did on a publicly funded moon base. Maybe the US taxpayer can split the cost of that ridiculous project with the Greeks & pay the defense contractors in Drachmas.
I heard an "aboot" in there. If Quinn is from Cambridge why does he sound Canadian? I smell a rat.
racist!
It's all grassroots.
Wink wink.
I think Paul has a shot at beating Santorum in Florida. He's only a few points behind in the polls, probably within the margin of error.
Santorum's been doing OK in the debates, but I wonder if the fact that there is no way he will do better than third in a state he has bet all his chips on will depress his vote.
If Paul beats Santorum in Florida, I don't see how Santorum stays viable.
I enjoyed the game of "Strategic CNN Column Placement" in the background a little too much.
DUde, no way man, who comes up with all thats stuff. WOw.
