Video taken by another student shows Joshua Poole, 13, being punched repeatedly by a classmate in Florida's Jeaga Middle School. Poole's parents say the teacher just sat by his computer and did not break up the fight. And school officials say that is exactly what he should have done. They say the teacher has not been trained to break up fights, and when he saw the two weren't going to stop, he went to find someone who was, as school system rules required him to do.
