One More Sign of the Apocalypse: Lou Dobbs and Reason See Eye-to-Eye on Stimulus Pork and Charles Schumer's Jackassery

Well, it was bound to happen at some point: Reason and Lou Dobbs actually agree on something. As this segment from last night shows, the CNN immigrant-bashing protectionist is right on target when calling bullshit on all the pork stuffed into the stimulus bill.

Bonus points: He includes a bit from Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) attacking "the chattering class that so much focuses on those little, tiny, yes porky amendments [in the stimulus bill]" and proclaiming that "the American people really don't care."

Double-bonus points: Reason columnist and Mercatus Center scholar Veronique de Rugy gets airtime declaiming among other things Sen. Harry Reid's multi-billion-dollar Nevada railroad boondoggle. Approximately 3.30 minutes.
