Just a heads up to Reason readers in and around Fargo, ND - The Scott Hennen Show on WFZG has scheduled me to debate today the recondite silliness of imposing automobile fuel economy standards with a representative (tba) from some environmental organization at 9:30 am (Central Time) and 10:30 am (Eastern Time). Hey DAR, North Dakota has one of the best literacy rates (6% low literacy), Texas one of the worst (19%). See here and here. No cracks about how Virginia (in the middle at 12%) would improve if I left.
