YouTube Video Results in Raid
After seeing a YouTube video made by Andre Moore, Philadelphia police broke down Moore's front door at 6 a.m. yesterday and arrested him for assault. Unlike the case of eight Florida girls who assaulted another girl, however, Moore's video didn't contain evidence of any criminal wrongdoing—unless verbally advocating violence against police constitutes a crime.
Michael Carroll from Villanova U. doesn't think the aggravated assault charges will stick:
"I'm not saying this is popular speech or that this is a responsible opinion. It's clear people are going to be upset by it, but that doesn't make it criminal."
Carroll believes this arrest stems solely from Moore's speech and nothing else, and speech, regardless of how hateful, is protected under the First Amendment.
Moore's video joins Body Count's "Cop Killer" on the list of "Protests Against Police Abuse That Actually Incite More Police Abuse."

Tsk, tsk. Post any slander(or facts) involving police anonymously. Moore pulled a rookie mistake.
Dear Philly Police:
Thank you for giving this punk all the street cred he could ever pray for. Good job.
I assume the video has been pullled, that's why you didn't link to it.
According to a Philly.com story, YouTube set the video to "private" after Moore's arrest.
Actually, the video is still online.
If the charges get thrown out, it's lawsuit time. Brilliant move, pigs. The taxpayers get to pay because you just have to intimidate anyone who expresses the distaste everyone has for you.
I think we should all shoot lots of cops, every day.

Go ahead and arrest me and raid my house. I dare you. I'll have your asses in court so quick you won't be able to say: "You have the right to remain silent." That's assuming you still say that.
Taktix,
You must have balls the size of watermelons. Made of brass. So they can't be busted even by a mallet. I salute you sir!
I guess the police in Philly have a lot of time on their hands.
Taktix -- I'd do the same thing, but I'm actually scared of the BCSO and Pembroke Pines police, considering their respective histories.
(if 2 Live Crew was around today, imagine the no-knock raid they'd have gotten from the BCSO for that "F*** Navarro" rap)
Ice-T:
He once pwned the police.
Now, he *is* the police. At least on TV.
It's a cruel, cruel world...
Mister DNA, naughty, naughty
btw, you guys remember the ratemycop.com site that exists to allow people to comment on specific police officers.
They were severely criticized by police, and I believe that a police union threatened to find a way to shut down the site. They had a hard time finding an ISP that would allow the site to exist.
I check in there regularly. They have been down for a couple hours now "out of bandwidth." Wonder what that is all about. Suspicious.

You guys are missing the joke. That's Dondero's address.
Sugarfree,
I'm sure the local police know Dondero's address by memory...
Taktix,
The yellow house, yes?
Better Philly police story:
http://www.philly.com/inquirer/local/pa/20080606_Shooting_suspect_to_stay_in_prison.html
so disgusting.
"Car 31, we have a report of a man masturbating on his front porch into a box of cornflakes."
"You don't even have to tell me where to go, dispatch."
SugarFree,
Dondero? Which idiot is he exactly? I lose track . . .
Oddly enough, he played a cop (in New Jack City) before he recorded Cop Killer.
"It's a disgrace, instead of coming and saying thank you to a cop who are out there doing their job, protecting the citizens in the community, he's making a rap song or video about killing a cop," Fraternal Order of Police President John McNesby said.
At no point did Andre Moore actually make a rap song or mention making one so I think this cop is stereotyping black people.
Naga Sadow,
A bit before your time. Republitarian. Most famous for claiming Guliani was the most libertarian of the presidential candidates.
I live at 323 NE 7th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33301.
And which apartment is that?...
Okay, googled the name. Its all coming back to me now. What ever happened to him anyway? Is he kicked off hit/run?
He is apparently petitioning for ballot access in Illinois.
Naga,
Here's his wiki entry
He pops in occasionally. We mostly drown him in mockery until he leaves.

Three words:
Tijuana
Tequila
Donkeys
Whoa!!! A face only a mother could love . . . if she was blind.
And the thugs respond the only way thugs know how . . .
Oddly enough, he played a cop (in New Jack City) before he recorded Cop Killer.
Ah! True.
What ever happened to him anyway? Is he kicked off hit/run?
Now that would take skill. Skill Dondero clearly does not have.

Here?
Or (pan around) the yellow house across the street? Gotta love Google "Street View."
From the article:
Yet another broad interpretation of a vague statute. Wonderful.
Some of you angry little children really need professional help.
Seriously, get some counseling.
Corruption of minors; that means he goes into the sex offender mailing list registry, right? He'll probably have to pay back his student loans, too.
I was still curious so I looked up the PA statute:
Wow...there's some wide open language.
He missed a golden opportutnity for a much more compelling and ironic YouTube video by not taping the raid.
well, Ft. Lauderdale does have some great strip clubs. However, I'd rather not share the same state with Donderooooooooo. Somewhere else entice him away.
Moore's video joins Body Count's "Cop Killer" on the list of "Protests Against Police Abuse That Actually Incite More Police Abuse."
I really don't understand this....Why cannot someone simply say they want other people to kill cops? Should not that person receive the same rights as someone who says the same thing but ironically or as protest against police abuse?
Why is this covet even necessary?
Taktix,
The yellow house, yes?
You guys should really stop trusting Google maps. When i posted my address you guys found an overpass next to a gas station.
Because, apparently, it is not yet acceptable even amongst US "political radicals" to ask for or verbally wish for death to those who murder us in our homes and on the streets under color of law.

Well i am not going that far or even in that direction...my criticism is the need by Mike Riggs to insert this covet, that this is a protest. I disagree with language that calls for killing cops....i just think think it should be legal because i think all language should be legal regardless of motivation.
Wow...there's some wide open language.
As applied, a near-certain 1A violation. Of course, the charge (and legal bills to beat it) are permanent, even when thrown out.
did anyone else get Rick Rolled? you bastards!
I smell a Section 1983 suit...
where the hell is this video online i cant find it? i wanna watch it sounds like an award winning film to me.
i advocate the same shit.
come to my house you bitch ass police n you'll get knocked
