Souder Squeaking By

With a third of the vote in, staunch (read:  foaming-at-the-mouth) drug warrior Mark Souder is carrying only a four-point lead, deep in red state territory.  He's going to win.  But maybe this makes him a ripe target for the drug reform movement in '08.
