What the FBI thought was $2 million in misspent funds by the District of Columbia teachers' union has exploded into a $5 million theft according to a new audit. The Washington Post's report includes such vignettes as a union chauffeur -- chauffeur? -- stuffing his pockets with $20,000 in cash after cashing one check. Staggering.
