Recalled Gov. Gray Davis: Public-Sector Unions "Can't Overtax the System"

At the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, recalled California Gov. Gray Davis tells Reason TV that massive public debt risks swallowing up the economy "like Pac Man," that public-sector union pensions put into place during his time in office need to be reformed, and that the federal Dept. of Justice should be "focusing on other things" than raiding Golden State medical marijuana dispensaries.
