"Emergency Motion to Halt Unjust Wars, Defund Global Conflict, and Protect the Human Race under Natural Law and Spiritual Covenant"
From today's decision by Judge Patrick Schiltz (D. Minn.) in Miller v. Macone:
This matter is before the Court on plaintiff's motion to lift the filing restriction, which, absent court permission, restricts plaintiff from filing anything but a single notice of appeal.
Plaintiff's motion is denied, as plaintiff's voluminous flow of frivolous filings shows no sign of abating. For example, the packet of materials plaintiff recently submitted included a "Motion to Protect Global Media Defenders of Truth and to Compel the Transparent Identification of All Public Satanic Allegiances" and an "Emergency Motion to Halt Unjust Wars, Defund Global Conflict, and Protect the Human Race under Natural Law and Spiritual Covenant." The Court will not permit plaintiff to consume court resources with such bizarre and nonsensical filings.

Good.
Why couldn't the court also dismiss all of this as a political question?
This is funny. A lawyer calling a motion bizzare and nonsensical. Volokh indoctrinated his students into believing that minds could be read. Based on such mind reading acts could result in defendnats going home or getting executed. Future accidents could be foreseen and prevented, a power attributed to God by the Catholic Church. This scam results in a $trillion take for the lawyer profession. He taught them that the model for prudent behavior had to be a fictitious character, a thinly disguised version of Jesus. That is highly illegal in our secular nation. The lawyer profession is dangerous and delusional enough to be committed.
Hank?
The ideas are weird enough, but not the vocab.
Found the plaintiff.
Well, sure, but did the flag in the courtroom have gold fringe?
We'd need to know that before weighing in on the appropriateness of the court's denial.
Wouldn’t United States ex rel. Mayo v. Satan & Staff be the relevant precedent for a lot of this?

The opinion noted that in a previous case the defendant had attempted to sue to collect on a mortgage. The lawyer for that case’s defense, Daniel Webster, persuaded the court that Satan is a foreign prince who cannot sue in an American court. It would only be giving the defendant his due, the Mayo court said, to rule that he could also not be sued. However, the court ultimately ruled against the plaintiff for failure to provide proof of service.

Who is the defendant that can deliver this?
A lot of anti-Trump lawsuits are similar to this.
