CONAN the Librarian: A Constitutional Law Treatise from the Library of Congress
Check it out in a 2780-page PDF ("The Constitution of the United States of America: Analysis and Interpretation"), or browse by section here. CONAN is indeed its nickname, at least among some. Thanks to Prof. Seth Barrett Tillman for pointing out that the version covering all the cases through June 30, 2022 is now available.

I expect that would be a 2780 page rebuttal to anyone who assert that some excerpt from the Constitution has an obvious and undeniable meaning.
46 lawyers wrote the essays. Plus some editors. All employed on government make work, something for which there are dozens and dozens of other such treatises.
Library of Congress has too many employees.
The Lordstown facility finally created something -- a bankruptcy petition!

Mongol General : Hao! Dai ye! We won again! This is good, but what is best in life?
Mongol : The open steppe, fleet horse, falcons at your wrist, and the wind in your hair.
Mongol General : Wrong! Conan! What is best in life?
Conan : To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women.
Mongol General : That is good! That is good.
