I agree and was swayed by Prof. Volokh's statement (and others I'm sure), that a corporation is merely a group of individuals, and should receive 1A protection like an individual would.
Democrats used to passionately and incessantly denounce this decision and demand it be overturned. Remember Obama and Alito at the 2010 State of the Union?
You don't hear those complaints anymore, because in the Era of Woke Capitalism, Democrats have realized they are overwhelmingly the beneficiaries of the decision.
