Counseling victims of violent crime, can't mention that they have the right to buy a gun. Happy with that?
Actually they *can't* mention the right to buy a gun....
If we assume that there's a Right-to-Abortion Clause in the Constitution, then the situations are exactly parallel!
Roe v Wade was wrong, being lawless federal tyranny. This question should have been resolved by elected officials in state legislatures.
Rust v Sullivan was wrong, violating medical free speech and health information. It is ridiculous.
The lawyer can't do anything right. Get rid of these dirtbags Ivy indoctrinated, big government criminal cult members, from the Supreme Court. Replace them with students from Life Skills Class learning to eat with a spoon, for an upgrade in decision making and clarity of writing.
What _Rust v. Sullivan_ upheld was actually a good compromise between those who felt that _Eisenstadt v. Baird_ had been wrongly decided and those wanting to address teen pregnancy (which was pandemic in the '80s, particularly in rural areas).
Bear in mind that Title X itself dates back to 1970, and always precluded abortion.
