Kind of amazed no Volokh (Or even Reason!) comment on this executive order. I've been reading it, and it sounds to me to be right up there with FDR's internment order.
Executive Order on Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation
Check out section 1(a)(ii)(C). Anybody they accuse of undermining democracy either directly or indirectly on behalf of the Russian Federation becomes a financial unperson, as does anybody who continues to associate with them, rinse and repeat.
Read that again, thinking about the Russian collusion allegations...
