My Con Law professor told us that Harlan’s dissent marked him as a white supremacist, though it was clear Harlan was trying to mollify an offended (white) public. My prof, being white, male and Jewish, benefited from a presumption of intelligence, but I don’t think he was all that smart.
Your prof may have been born with a high IQ, as Eugene was. After 1L, he became a lawyer dumbass, more impaired than a kid in Life Skills Class learning to eat with a spoon.
Lawyer dumbasses unable to read the 8th grade language of the constitution. Making up laws in insurrection against Article I Section 1 giving all lawmaking powers to the Congress. Result? Another national catastrophe. If the Nanny was 100% black, she could sit with the white child in her care. A guy 1/8 black could not sit in the white section. This is the most toxic occupation in the nation, 10 times more toxic than organized crime. Organized crime would be gouging on the ticket price, but allowing anyone with money to sit anywhere. This lawyer profession must be crushed to save our nation.
