I don't remember this case having anything to do with Louisiana bonds....
I also think the initial case was wrongly decided -- Indians should no more be exempted from state law than any other non-resident should be. A Nevada resident can't buy land in another state and open a casino in that state because gambling is legal in Nevada...
The interesting thing is that the market is being saturated...
