A disabling blow to antitrust law. Oligarchs never make specific agreements. They just wink at each other as they sip their brandy at the club.
Incredibly important case. And I bet at least half of the folks who fancy themselves "Supreme Court experts" online have never heard of it and don't know why it is important.
