I'd guess that meeting and talking with his electoral opponent Aaron Burr would be a lot more entertaining.

An incident that involved every branch of government except the Supreme Court.
As Ed Whelan pointed out, Feb. 17 1964 was when the decision in Wesberry v Sanders was announced. A pretty big and consequential decision.
