Bit of a funny image picked there -- wasn't Schwarzenegger the named plaintiff basically right up til the final opinion release? (Similar to Chris Christie with the case finally captioned Murphy v. NCAA.)
(Although, looking back, I do see that Brown was secondary plaintiff as attorney general, if we want to be pedantic about it.)
