Bakke was the institutionalization of racism. It is sad that the case has yet to be overruled.
I believe most of the Conspirators are not strong bigots, but they attract and appease plenty of bigots.
Replacement will solve that.
So your argument for the Bakke decision is that...the Bakke decision will increase in popularity as the wrong people die off?
Would you care to make an argument for the decision based on the merits of the issue? Or do we simply take it as a given that government racial preferences are OK so long as the right people are doing it?
