Josh Blackman and Seth Barrett Tillman guest-blogging about the Foreign Emoluments Clause
There's been much talk - and recently filed litigation - about the foreign Emoluments Clause and President Trump; I haven't studied the subject in any detail, but I'm delighted to plan on changing that shortly: Prof. Josh Blackman (South Texas College of Law) and Seth Barrett Tillman (lecturer at Maynooth University Department of Law in Ireland) will be guest-blogging this week about their argument that Trump isn't covered by the clause, and then I expect to have another guest blogger (or guest bloggers) arguing the other side next week or soon after. I much look forward to their posts, which I'll read with care, and I hope all our readers find them interesting as well.
