'If a border agent asks you to unlock your phone, do you have to comply?'
I was interviewed by NPR's "Here and Now" program this week on the law of smartphone and computer searches at the border. The interview is here: "If a Border Agent Asks You to Unlock Your Phone, Do You Have to Comply?" The clip is just over 10 minutes long.
It's amazing to me that the producers wanted me to nerd out on really hard legal issues at that length for a popular radio program. But that's the glory of NPR, I guess.
