Max Mitchell (the Legal Intelligencer) writes about the Philadelphia courts' response to the suspicious court cases with missing defendants that are aimed at getting Web pages taken down or deindexed—four of the 25 cases that fit the pattern Paul Alan Levy and I wrote about were in Philadelphia.
