Video of Federalist Society debate on immigration and the Constitution

Yesterday, prominent constitutional law scholar John Eastman and I debated the moral and constitutional status of immigration restrictions, at the Federalist Society National Student Symposium. Federal district Judge Amul Thapar moderated. The debate covered both broader legal and policy issues related to immigration, and the United States v. Texas case, currently before the Supreme Court.
