Prof. Rick Sander, on affirmative action, the 'mismatch hypothesis' and Fisher v. University of Texas
I'm delighted to say that my UCLA School of Law colleague Prof. Rick Sander, one of the country's leading scholars of race-based affirmative action in higher education, will be guest-blogging for a few days on affirmative action, the "mismatch hypothesis" and the pending Fisher v. University of Texas case. I much look forward to his posts.
