I'm delighted to say that my UCLA School of Law colleague Prof. Rick Sander, one of the country's leading scholars of race-based affirmative action in higher education, will be guest-blogging for a few days on affirmative action, the "mismatch hypothesis" and the pending Fisher v. University of Texas case. I much look forward to his posts.
