Robert Natelson, guest-blogging about amendments conventions
I'm delighted to report that Robert Natelson will be guest-blogging this week about conventions for proposing constitutional amendments, a matter that has come up on many occasions over the past years. Prof. Natelson retired a few years ago from the University of Montana School of Law and is now senior fellow in constitutional jurisprudence at the Independence Institute; he has written extensively on constitutional history, and his work has been cited in five Supreme Court cases since 2013.
