Can Congress delegate power to private entities?
As regular readers know, I've written a lot about the Amtrak case, which I participated in as an amicus - see this link for a recent post of mine about the case, which has links to many of my previous writings.
Yesterday, I participated in the Cato Institute's Constitution Day event, where they unveiled the latest issue of the Cato Supreme Court Review. You can read my latest pronouncements about the case in my contribution to that issue.
