Florida judge removes ban on speech that ‘degrade[s] or call[s] into question the integrity' of judges on courthouse sidewalks
The Florida Times-Union (Andrew Pantazi) reports on the removal of the ban; for more on the original ban, see this post from last week. The judge's order still retains some restrictions on photographing certain parts of the courthouse grounds, which may still be questionable - but the revisions are definitely a big improvement on the original order, which was a clearly unconstitutional viewpoint-based speech restriction.
