Youngstown State University administration -- not the student government -- apparently took the lead in removing 'Straight Pride' posters

Last month, I blogged about the removal of "Straight Pride" posters, and attributed the decision to the student government (based on press accounts). But it now appears that the University itself took the lead in the removal of the fliers, though they had student government officials do some of the removal:

My legal analysis remains the same as it was before, but I thought it worth noting that the university administration - and not just the student government - was apparently responsible for the removal of the posters.

Thanks to Curt Hartman, whose public records request led the university to produce the e-mails. I have e-mailed the university again, asking for their side of the story, but haven't heard anything in response.
