Segall v. Adler on King v. Burwell
The University of Pennsylvania Law Review Online has posted the opening essays in my debate on King v. Burwell with Professor Eric Segall. Here is his opening essay, and here is my response. On March 2, Professor Segall and I will debate the case in person at Penn.
UPDATE: As originally posted, I referred to "Progressor" Eric Segall. It must've been a Freudian slip.
UPDATE: Here are details on my debate with Professor Segall. It will also be livestreamed here.
