"I mean booze and technology? We've found our niche," says Bartendro's Pierre Michael, one of the exhibitors at Cocktail Robotics, an event inviting innovators to present their drink-mixing machines for cash prizes and glory. Reason TV attended the event, held on Sunday, Septebmer 15 at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco, California, to ask the inventors about the mixing of tech and alcohol.
"I think more and more we feel as though technology is running us," says Alexander Rose, creator of the Tikibot and Manhattan Project. "Having a moment where you get to take back technology and have it do one of those things that you really wanted it to do…it feels good when it happens."
