Judge Robert Bacharach has served since 2013 on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, in Oklahoma City. He served from 1999 to 2013 as a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Western District of Oklahoma, and spent 12 years before that in private practice.
