Judge David Weinzweig was appointed to the Arizona Court of Appeals in December 2017. Before joining the Arizona Court of Appeals, Judge Weinzweig represented corporate and government clients in commercial litigation at Lewis and Roca, specializing in antitrust law, and served three Arizona Attorneys General, defending dozens of high-profile complex and constitutional lawsuits and appeals. He also practiced constitutional and commercial litigation in trial and appellate courts at Ellman Weinzweig.

Judge Weinzweig has served on various rules and practice committees, including the Civil Justice Reform Committee and the Local Rules of Practice Advisory Committee of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
